I want to document a play by play of our decisions and actions along the way, but I’m still not totally sure about the right format.

Feels like it has to be a series of some kind. But also doesn’t feel right to monologue it. 🤔

Big themes have been focus, generosity, and patience. Each expressed in so many ways, and each in the most challenging versions I’ve ever experienced.

It's wild, and honestly still a bit scary, to think about how close to the brink @indyhall@twitter.com was just 6 months ago.

Trying to compile my thoughts on how we managed to survive that long, and how much we’ve rebuilt in the last 6 months.

It's wild to me that 2 years later we still sell copies basically every day, and that we do it without any juice from Amazon.

But THANK YOU to the thousands of people who’ve bought my tiny book, read it, shared it, kept it nearby on your desk or in your backpack, and written in to share how it helped you.

I def had no idea how far the book would go, but so glad it continues to reach new readers 🙏
