@Notactuallyfromphilly I heavily support pseudonymity and anonymity, but personally I made the decision a while back to be a public person (I had 15 seconds of fame once). It's hard to police my posts to make sure that I'm not giving away identifying information. An instance like jawns.club already gives away my approximate geographic location, it's a bad start.
If at some point I need to adopt a pseudonym, I'll be happy I'm using a platform that supports pseudonymity (i.e. not Facebook).
